A young visitor at our office

Today we had a young and younger visitor at our office in Mondorf near Bonn. Grace (Hopkins) Rothenbacher and her eight month old son Joseph stopped by.

Grace, her husband Carl and their son Joseph live in Indianapolis, Indiana. They were all in Germany the last week of April to visit family, and we enjoyed having them as guests at our church services for Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Carl had to return to Indianapolis for work after a week, but Grace is staying on a while longer.

Grace grew up Grace and Joseph Rothenbacher in Mondorf only about half a mile from our office location. Today she came on foot from her parents' house with Joseph, using his baby stroller for his transportation. Joseph had a fun time crawling around and exploring various things, although he doesn't seem to realize yet that if you crawl under a chair, then you have something over your head.

In between checking his diaper and a feeding, Grace helped us stuff letters for a direct-mail promotion we are running this month. With her help we got about half of the nearly 1000 letters prepared. Thanks Grace (and Joseph) for the visit!
